In the beginning
This is my father and I. It wasn't long after this photo was taken that he was diagnosed with a disease that he died from a few years later at 37. I was nine.
​
I was sixteen when my mother was diagnosed with cancer. In addition to her radiotherapy, she supported her recovery by spending time at a naturopathic centre where the approach to healing took into account the whole person; mind, body and spirit. My mother recovered and my interest in a holistic approach to life was born.

Fast forward
In my thirties, I set up my own change management consultancy and worked for some of the worlds most well known corporate brands. My job was to transform the working lives of thousands of people across the world, and this is what I learnt;
It doesn't matter where you are from, the language you speak or the background you have. Fundamentally we all wish to live a life where we feel well, secure and valued.

When change threatens our deepest needs we resist and I realised something very important. It didn't matter whether I was changing the habits of tens of thousands of people or one person, successful change requires the same roadmap and a holistic approach that demands courage, deep reflection, authenticity and clarity.
​
The question we all have to ask ourselves. Are we ready for that?
Bringing it together
During this time, I continued to pursue my passion and interest in wellbeing and I am a qualified Coach, Counsellor, Kinesiologist, Meditation and Yoga teacher.
Transformation is at the heart of wellbeing and change management practices and there is a powerful synergy between them.

With this in mind, The Natural Wellbeing Company was formed.
